THE FULL STORY

My name is Sheldyn Moore I am a proud graduate from the University of Georgia, with a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and Masters Degree from UGA’s inaugural MFA Film program. With a great foundation formed by my education and personal experiences of trial and error, I feel more than equipped to take on the entertainment world by making impactful films and exciting creative content.

Growing up, I was heavily involved in sports. I was able to serve as a Football recruiter all four years of my college experience. Towards the end of my sophomore year, I realized I wanted to continue challenging myself. I traveled to Costa Rica to study for a couple months and decided to bring a GH5 camera with me to capture my experience. During that time, I absolutely fell in love with media, cameras, editing, etc.

When I came back to UGA, I knew I had to get involved in the media world. I created a web series called “MooreAbout” where I interviewed athletes like myself and just got to know “Moore” about who they were as a person. I then transitioned into creating creative content that ignited my love for Writing and Directing. By the time I graduated, I had enough footage and short films to apply to graduate school, thus bringing me to where I am today.

I would love to experience working for a major company to expand my knowledge on how to make content extraordinary, i.e games, social media content, commercials, blogs, etc, as well as creating content on my own as the Director I am!
